CIO Review Magazine has named AINS among its list of the 20 Most Promising BPM Technology Solution Providers. A panel of CEOs, CIOs, CMOs, analysts and the CIO Review editorial board gathered to create an exclusive list of the business process management companies who show a vast knowledge and expertise in delivering in-depth solutions.

AINS was chosen in part due to its dynamic case management solution, eCase. CIO Review mentions in their March 2015 article that case management is often overlooked as a BPM solution. Case management looks at an organization’s processes not as a transaction to be processed, but rather a case that can be managed through a workflow. eCase also stands apart in that it is a solution built from the ground up as a case management platform while other similar solutions are retrofitted to fit a case management mold.

AINS past performance with its more than 300 federal clients has also helped it reach the rank of the top 20 BPM solutions providers. CIO Review’s feature article reads, “[AINS] works closely with customers to ensure product installations and services exceed client expectations. For example, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) procured the eCase HR framework to automate eight separate HR processes. Within the first year, by unifying these processes on the platform, AINS’ eCase HR frame work cut HUD HR costs by 25 percent.”

Its dedication to agile case management solutions and customer satisfaction landed AINS in CIO Review’s ranking of top 20 BPM solutions providers.
