AINS’ CTO Wins SmartCEO Executive Management Award

Technology executive honored among Greater Washington DC area award winners for innovation and leadership

AINS, Inc., a leading global provider of cloud-based, adaptive case management platforms and solutions, announced today that Mahesh Hanumanula, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the firm, has been named a leading CTO by SmartCEO magazine in its 2016 Executive Management Awards (EMA) as a result of his creative management vision, leadership philosophy and work ethic.

“The level of talent in the DC area is extraordinary and to be recognized as a leader amongst this group is an honor,” said Hanumanula. “At AINS, we worked very hard to develop a dynamic work environment that challenges our employees to continuously innovate and solve real-life problems for our clients. This is a key element to our company’s success.”

Selected by an independent committee, EMA recognizes the leadership and accomplishments of Washington’s management all-stars — the CFOs, CIOs/CTOs, COOs, CHROs, and other C-suite executives leading the region’s business community. The 2016 EMA winners collectively generate more than $4.3 billion in annual revenue.  This year’s winners will be recognized in the March/April issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony on March 1, 2016 at the National Press Club.

“Mahesh has been an integral member of our management team for more than 15 years and he has been invaluable in reshaping our technology strategy that will drive the next stages of our growth,” said Moe Goswami, CEO of AINS, Inc. “We congratulate Mahesh on this acknowledgement for his contributions to AINS’ success and our continued innovation in the adaptive case management marketplace.”

“Any great CEO knows that to build a truly successful business they must build a high performing team of executives around them. This year’s EMA winners are perfect examples of all-star executives. Not only do they inspire their own teams to achieve greater heights, they also believe deeply in their companies’ missions, are consummate community stewards, and are dedicated to excellence, always,” says Jaime Nespor-Zawmon, President of SmartCEO Events.  “We’re honored to share their stories as we celebrate their great accomplishments.”

Hanumanula has more than 18 years of high-tech engineering experience in enterprise business applications and software development strategies.  He brings extensive system design and implementation skills gained from designing, developing and commissioning case management systems critical to business success for a variety of industries across government and commercial channels. As CTO, Hanumanula is responsible for guiding the technical vision and direction for AINS, as well as promoting continuous product innovation.  Hanumanula holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications, and has been previously recognized for his innovation and thought leadership.

About the Executive Management Awards

The Executive Management Awards honor C-suite executives who have gone above and beyond to support and lead their organizations. SmartCEO recognizes executives — CFOs, CIOs/CTOs,

COOs, CHROs, and other C-suite executives — who uphold the highest ethics, lead collaboratively and creatively, and enhance and support the organization’s mission. An independent committee of local business leaders reviews the Executive Management Awards nominations and chooses winners based on their display of ethics, leadership, collaboration, creativity, and dedication and support to their organizations’ missions.
